On October 28, 2015, Mera Ghar – NET successfully organized a one-day capacity building workshop for pro-bono lawyers in District Kohat, conducted in collaboration with members of the Peshawar Bar Association to enhance legal service delivery for marginalized communities. The session focused on best practices for organizing, tracking, and processing pro-bono cases efficiently under case management, strengthening linkages between legal aid providers, civil society, and community support systems through improved referral mechanisms, and leading interactive discussions on leveraging District Legal Empowerment Committees (DLEC) resources to advance access to justice at the district level.
