Advocacy and Inclusion Meetings for Transgender Community in Peshawar

Mera Ghar – NET, led by Managing Trustee Ms. Rukhshanda Naz and Legal Officer Nosheen Rh, held strategic advocacy meetings at the Social Welfare District Office with Mr. Shohaib Khan to support the transgender community. The initiative highlighted handmade crafts by transgender participants and announced a one-week free skill development training program alongside pro bono legal assistance for official registration. Collaborative plans were also initiated with ITCS to expand tailored vocational training across seven regional centers.
